Corporate Security Manager

What we expect:

• Develop and implement the country security strategy in alignment with global corporate security standards.

• Manage security risks related to personnel, assets, operations, reputation, and business continuity across all company locations.

• Oversee physical security programs, including access control, CCTV systems, incident management and security technologies.

• Lead crisis management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity activities to ensure organizational resilience.

• Manage travel security, employee protection programs, and security awareness initiatives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing security assessments, risk insights, and strategic recommendations.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and external security partners.

• Manage security service providers, budgets, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high security standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Law, Military Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in corporate security, risk management, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing physical security operations, crisis management, and security risk assessments.

• Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and emergency response processes.

• Experience working with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external security providers.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in multinational environments will be considered an advantage.

• Fluent English; Russian and Kazakh.
