Telecom Engineer

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Computer or Electronics Engineering (Technical background)

• Experience in Project management and in leading technical teams;

• Customer Management Experience (Experience leading the projects);

• Strong organizational skills;

• Flexible and ready for new challenges

• Min 3 years’ Technical experience in Telecom/ Enterpise (Data communication/IP networking, Wireless, Core Network, Optical network, Digital Power, IT infrastructure); Professional PM certification or Network technology certification (CCNA/HCIA) is a plus;

• Analytical thinking skills;

• Excellent communication, documentation, reporting and problem troubleshooting skills;

• Has ability to make self-study for new topics to enhance his/her experience.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Fluency in both spoken and written Russian, English

• Customer oriented

Duties:

• Manage technical and project team in Telecom and Enterpise projects – assign and follow tasks, prepare engineering delivery plans and human resource plans.

• Working together with cross-functional teams to keep project on track – account, legal, finance and technical teams, also customers.

• Ensure that Huawei customers get our value by proactively managing their network maintenance related tasks and inspiring team to help customers more,

• Provide technical support to customer in related domain,

• Support network and space development, system acceptance test criteria and performance applications,

• Extend technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting,

• Basic configuration of data network equipment,

• Remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation,

• Speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
