The Project

We are looking for a Platform / Infrastructure Engineer to join our DaVinci product team.

DaVinci is Syberry’s internal engineering and delivery platform, focused on improving how the company operates. We treat the way we support teams, design processes, and build tools as a product in its own right — one that helps our teams work more effectively and deliver better results to clients.

The mission of DaVinci is to continuously improve the way we work by transforming processes, adopting modern technologies, and increasing overall team efficiency. Beyond building tools and defining processes, the team focuses on driving meaningful changes in day-to-day workflows and delivering measurable improvements across the organization.

As part of the DaVinci team, you will help build and evolve the infrastructure that supports our engineering ecosystem, enabling development teams to work more efficiently, reliably, and securely.

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement: Create maintainable infrastructural solutions that support developers' needs

• Enhance CI/CD: Maintain and improve continuous integration and delivery pipelines

• Adopt Best Practices: Work with a corporate infrastructural platform aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework

• Integrate DevOps Practices: Promote observability, production metrics, and other DevOps methodologies within the team and the organization

• Collaborate: Communicate with engineers to explain infrastructure solutions effectively
