Rotating Equipment Team Lead

Responisbilities:

• Lead and supervise the rotating equipment team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all rotating assets.

• Provide technical support for compressors, pumps, turbines, generators, and other rotating equipment.

• Develop and implement maintenance, inspection, and reliability improvement strategies.

• Investigate equipment failures and identify corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Support commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and major turnaround activities.

• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and contractors to optimize equipment performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with rotating equipment in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector.

• Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, engines, and reliability engineering principles.

• Previous experience leading technical teams and managing maintenance activities.

• Familiarity with international standards, risk assessment, and equipment integrity management.

• Fluent Kazakh, English and Russian languages with willingness to travel across Central Asia and internationally when required.
