System/Business Analyst

Andersen is hiring a System/Business Analyst for a project optimizing IT business analysis processes, improving requirements management, and enhancing digital banking solution delivery.

Our customer is a well-established financial institution offering a broad range of banking products and services to individual and corporate clients. Its core activities include retail and corporate banking, lending, deposits, payment processing, money transfers, and digital banking solutions. The company operates an extensive network of branches and service offices, serving a large and diversified customer base. It also supports businesses across various economic sectors and maintains relationships with international financial institutions.

The project is focused on optimizing and improving IT Business Analysis (ITBA) processes within a banking organization. It aims to streamline requirements management, enhance collaboration between business and IT teams, standardize analysis practices, and improve the efficiency and quality of IT solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing current ITBA processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the optimization of business and system processes within the bank.

• Gathering and analyzing business and system requirements for loyalty program features, including bonus accrual, redemption, and partner integrations.

• Reading and describing REST APIs using Swagger and Postman, documenting request/response structures and error handling.

• Mapping data between frontend (mobile and web applications), backend services, and core banking systems for loyalty transactions.

• Describing interactions between frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless data flow for bonus operations across iOS and Android platforms.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, project managers) to ensure business requirements are fully understood and implemented.
