RAN Technical Expert

FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will provide advanced radio access engineering guidance and resolve complex network delivery and service issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis of RAN implementation and integration issues across project technologies.

• Review parameter plans, configurations and procedures against approved radio network designs.

• Diagnose complex faults using alarms, logs, traces and performance data and coordinate product-support escalation.

• Guide commissioning and software or parameter changes through approved change and rollback procedures.

• Analyze performance and recommend improvements with clear technical justification and validation evidence.

• Support customer technical reviews and acceptance tests and resolve disputed findings.

• Develop troubleshooting guides and train local engineering and subcontractor technical teams.

• Document recurring faults and coordinate preventive actions with rollout and optimization functions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on RAN commissioning, integration or troubleshooting experience.

• Knowledge of LTE/5G, radio interfaces and relevant legacy network concepts; ZTE experience is an advantage.

• Ability to analyze counters, configuration and traces and explain complex technical findings clearly.

• Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.

• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working conditions

• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.

• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
