Network Optimization Technical Expert

FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will improve radio network coverage, capacity and service quality through evidence-based optimization.

Responsibilities

• Establish optimization priorities and KPI baselines with customer and technical stakeholders.

• Analyze counters, alarms, drive-test logs and traces to identify coverage, interference and capacity problems.

• Prepare parameter recommendations with technical justification, change controls and rollback arrangements.

• Coordinate implementation and validate performance impacts against agreed baselines.

• Investigate accessibility, retainability, throughput and mobility issues and support root-cause resolution.

• Assess new-site and cluster performance against acceptance objectives and prepare optimization reports.

• Work with RAN, transport and field engineers to distinguish radio issues from installation or transmission faults.

• Maintain issue and change records and train local teams on repeatable analysis methods.

Requirements

• Hands-on radio network optimization and performance-analysis experience.

• Strong LTE/5G fundamentals covering coverage, interference, capacity and mobility.

• Proficiency with performance and drive-test analysis tools; ZTE experience is an advantage.

• Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.

• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working conditions

• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.

• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
