Network DT Expert (Drive Test)

FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will lead drive-testing and convert field measurements into reliable network performance findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop test routes, scenarios and measurement plans aligned with coverage and acceptance objectives.

• Configure approved logging tools and test terminals and confirm equipment readiness.

• Coordinate field-test teams, access logistics and safe execution of planned routes.

• Validate GPS, logs and test completeness before analysis and customer submission.

• Analyze coverage, mobility and service results and correlate field measurements with network indicators.

• Coordinate targeted retests with optimization and RAN teams to confirm recurring issues and improvements.

• Prepare clear maps, KPI summaries and technical reports with reproducible evidence.

• Maintain test inventories and readiness records and train local measurement and analysis engineers.

Requirements

• Relevant drive-test execution and radio performance analysis experience.

• Practical knowledge of logging and post-processing tools and LTE/5G measurements.

• Ability to distinguish measurement errors from network faults and produce consistent test evidence.

• Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.

• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working conditions

• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.

• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
