Senior System Administrator

Our engineers work on complex infrastructure issues, cloud technologies, virtualization, migrations, automation, and continuous improvement projects—not just routine support.

We're looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our Remote Support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, taking ownership of customer environments, and continuously improving the way infrastructure operates.

What you'll do:

• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents across Microsoft-based customer environments.

• Take ownership of technical issues from investigation through resolution, documentation, and customer communication.

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, virtualization, backup, networking, and cloud services.

• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.

• Identify recurring issues, investigate root causes, and recommend long-term improvements.

• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with teammates on technical escalations and knowledge sharing.

Technical expertise:

• Microsoft Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, Exchange.

• Virtualization & Backup: VMware ESXi and/or Hyper-V, Veeam Backup & Replication.

• Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall fundamentals.

• Cloud & Automation: Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune.
