A traineeship is more than just learning. It is the fastest path into the industry for those who do not yet have commercial experience.

The QA Traineeship at Andersen is your entry point into real software development with the prospect of future employment. You will strengthen your practical skills and start your career alongside experienced professionals.

The program is open to candidates across Georgia . Participants from Tbilisi and Batumi are expected to attend the office during the training period, while participants from other cities across Georgia can join online.

What we offer:

• 5 months — from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.

• Full-time commitment — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. An intensive format designed to accelerate your professional growth.

• Career-focused training. The program is dedicated to developing the skills required for a successful start in IT. As this is an educational initiative, no scholarship is provided during the traineeship.

• A 1.5-year training agreement . A formal learning arrangement: you study, we invest in your future career and employment.

Who We Are Looking For:

Someone who understands the value of product quality and is ready to build expertise in Quality Assurance.

Required Qualifications:

• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.

• Good understanding of software testing theory.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Understanding of how web and mobile applications work.

• Technical background.
