QA Automation Trainee

The QA Automation Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to strengthen your automation testing skills, work on training projects under the guidance of experienced specialists, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.

What we offer:

• 5 months : from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.

• Full-time commitment — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you reach a professional level faster.

• A hands-on approach . Less abstract theory, more tasks that closely reflect real development environments.

• Career-focused training. The program is dedicated to developing the skills required for a successful start in IT. As this is an educational initiative, no scholarship is provided during the traineeship.

• 1.5-year apprenticeship agreement . You learn — we help you build your IT career.

• Employment upon successful completion of the program.

Who we are looking for:

People who want to grow in QA Automation, enjoy diving into the details, and understand that product quality is never accidental — it is the result of a systematic approach.

Requirements :

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication).

• Experience in Manual QA and/or successful completion of manual testing courses.

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools.

• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.

• A strong desire to learn and continuously develop technical skills.
