Consumer Research Specialist

We are looking for a Research Specialist to help shape marketing and product decisions across 47 countries through customer research and data-driven insights. You will partner with teams across the business to explore customer needs and business questions, independently manage research projects from defining the approach to presenting findings, and combine quantitative and qualitative data to uncover meaningful patterns and opportunities. The role involves working with both research agencies and in-house tools, as well as contributing to ongoing research initiatives across different business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Informational and research support of marketing and product initiatives and decisions. Helping to solve business tasks connected with understanding clients.

• Participating in activities concerning supporting current tracking studies (BHT, CHURN) for several verticals (delivery, finance).

• Conducting ad-hoc full cycle research projects (from setting tasks together with the internal client and choosing methodology to results presentation and feedback implementation. Carrying out researches with the aid of both DIY tools and research agencies including:

• Filling in on updating briefs, defining the methodology and research design, briefing the agency, controlling tools quality, project flow and reporting. Providing analytical, data based insights and recommendations for the defined business task, presenting the results to the team or organizing of the presentation

• When using DIY, creating the tools, analytics and reporting (analytical note or full report)

• Keeping the research repository updated with the latest projects timely

• Analyzing available data (both qual and quant), identifying connections, looking for insights, trends, answering questions and tasks based on previous research data and external data available.
